HSE Manager
Alexander Steele is working with a global food manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. Our client is looking for a dynamic HSE Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. This is great opportunity for an experienced individual to work alongside the SLT, whilst playing a key role in the development and implementation site’s HSE strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation measures to reduce risks to personnel and the environment.
- Manage and maintain compliance to build structure to ISO14001 and other HSE related standards
- Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members.
Background Experience:
- 6+ years’ experience in HSE management within a food manufacturing environment.
- NEBOSH Diploma qualified
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong COSHH knowledge
- A strong track record of leading and motivating teams in previous positions.
- Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
