A leading manufacturer within the medical devices sector is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Engineer to join their Plymouth-based facility. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the OT Lead to oversee the continuous development, support, and security of the site's Operational Technology systems.
This is a hands-on, technically diverse role where you will contribute directly to key manufacturing operations, helping to ensure the resilience and efficiency of OT systems while playing a central role in cybersecurity, system integration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage OT asset inventory, risk assessments, and device recognition.
- Support secure network architecture and OT cybersecurity policies.
- Lead and support plant-level OT projects and ensure compliance.
- Deliver cyber risk training and promote policy adherence.
- Oversee vendor risk reviews, patching, and system diagnostics.
- Coordinate OT system changes, testing, and documentation.
- Generate operational and regulatory reports using BI tools.
