An award-winning global FinTech firm at the intersection of capital markets and cutting-edge technology is looking for a Content & Creative Manager to join its London team. With a fast-growing footprint and a sophisticated suite of institutional trading solutions, this firm supports Tier 1 banks, brokers, and asset managers across the globe.
This is a highly visible and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate directly with senior management to craft impactful content strategies that articulate complex market concepts in a compelling way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the creation of engaging, multi-channel content – from thought leadership articles and whitepapers to visual graphics, video, and multimedia.
- Own the brand’s voice across internal and external channels, including website, social media, and investor communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and executive teams, to develop and deliver content aligned with business goals.
- Shape and deliver a content roadmap that supports product launches, market insights, and key industry events.
- Use performance data to refine messaging and optimise creative output across digital touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in capital markets or institutional finance (FX, trading platforms, brokerage, etc.) is essential.
- Strong writing skills – able to distil technical or market-based content into engaging narratives.
- Experience managing graphic and multimedia content – with the ability to direct visual storytelling.
- Highly collaborative, commercially-minded and capable of working independently in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
- A creative storyteller who also thinks strategically and analytically.
