- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business and promote a strong culture of ethics, personal accountability, and regulatory integrity.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience managing corporate-level compliance frameworks, ideally in media, publishing, pharma, or other large non-FS environments.
- Proven expertise in conducting second-line assurance and monitoring activities within high-risk regulatory domains.
- ICA Certification (or equivalent) with deep practical knowledge of ethical trade, anti-bribery, tax evasion, and financial crime.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in board-level reporting.
- Confident interpreting complex regulations and communicating them in simple, actionable language.
- Adept with stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional business units.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with compliance technology tools or platforms
- Interest in AI tools, data-driven compliance, and innovation in assurance
- Project management capability (Prince2 or similar beneficial)
