Assistant Technical Service Manager (Fit Out)

We are looking for 2 x Assistant Technical Service Managers for 2 Fit Out & Refurb contractors in London.

1 would be more driven towards Complex Heavy Refurb schemes. Manipulating existing buildings, adding floors, revamping facades and M&E throughout.

1 would be more driven to straight “Fit Out”. This would either to strip back to shell and core and fit out to landlord CAT A. Or enter at a CAT A stage then fit out to end user CAT B.

Both roles would see you learning/working closely with some of the industry’s best.
