Interim HR Transformation Lead

We are currently supporting a leading professional services organisation in their search for an Interim HR Transformation Lead to drive their business transformation. The role will run for an initial 12 month period and on a hybrid basis out of the London office.

Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation. They are looking for this person to work alongside the Chief People Officer to define and execute the transformation roadmap to support the build of their Centre of Excellence functions ensuring they align with the business needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional programme and project management experience
• Previously worked alongside the C-suite to define and then executing roadmaps for change within Human Resources.
• Prior experience within a professional services environment
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• A deep understanding of change methodologies
