A leading global law firm has an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their growing team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and support of their HRIS. This includes managing employee data, building reports, and leading on key HR annual processes that are supported by the HRIS team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS System
  • Act as first line support on the HRIS help desk, handling queries from users and resolving/escalating as appropriate
  • Create bespoke reports using SAP Crystal Reports and Excel and analyse HR Data to support decision making and compliance.
  • Responsible for running key monthly reports (staff movements, headcount and absence reporting).
  • Lead on annual HR processes that require HRIS input and support.

Key skills include:

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In depth experience of handling large quantities of data and combining and reconciling data together from various data sources.
  • Experience of creating reports (via SAP Crystal reports or another reporting tool).
