Post Completions Assistant – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Solihull
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE
We’re supporting a well-regarded law firm who are seeking a Post Completions Assistant to join their friendly and high-performing Residential Conveyancing team based in Solihull.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured and process-driven environment, with a focus on accuracy and autonomy. The role involves handling all post-completion matters following the sale or purchase of residential property, supporting teams across multiple offices and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all post-completion tasks across residential conveyancing matters
- Liaising with fee earners and internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and workflow
- Registering transactions with the Land Registry and submitting SDLT returns
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is finalised and deadlines are met
- Communicating with clients, third parties, and colleagues as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing post-completions
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT and typing proficiency
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
