Job Description:

Project Manager – F&B Rollout & Fit-Out

Location: Shoreditch

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)

A dynamic and fast-growing design studio in Shoreditch is on the hunt for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile F&B rollout and fit-out projects. Working with some of the most recognisable names on the high street, you’ll take the reins on multiple projects—ensuring they land on time, within budget, and at a standard that exceeds expectations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-loving Project Manager with solid experience in the F&B or retail fit-out space—someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving studio environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of F&B fit-out and rollout projects, often across multiple sites
  • Take control of project budgets, timelines, and risk management
  • Be the go-to liaison between clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and landlords
  • Ensure all works meet building regulations, brand guidelines, and top-notch quality standards
  • Conduct site visits, manage snagging lists, and resolve any bumps in the road
  • Keep all parties in the loop with clear, consistent progress reporting

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience delivering F&B or retail fit-out projects (multi-site rollout experience essential)
  • Deep understanding of fit-out phases, site logistics, and construction processes
  • Confident dealing with contractors, landlords, local authorities, and design teams
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (you know your way around a Gantt chart)
  • Based in the UK with full right to work

Please note: Only candidates currently residing in the UK with the full right to work will be considered.
