Salary Range: £35,000 – £55,000

What’s the Role?

You’ll manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury claims (predominantly RTA) with case values typically ranging from £125k to £250k.

You’ll also:

• Mentor & Support the Serious Injury team, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Drive Growth by acting as an ambassador for the department, shaping its strategic direction and reputation.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Care: Offer outstanding support to individuals who’ve suffered traumatic, life-altering events.
• ‍⚖️ Team Leadership: Assist your Team Leader in motivating and guiding the team toward clear objectives and KPIs, including handling performance and development plans.
