About the Role: HSQE Advisor (12 month Fixed-Term Contract, Part-time)
This role is primarily for the quarrying side of their business. You’ll be joining their team based along the South coast, taking on the role of an HSQE Advisor on a 12-month fixed term basis. Reporting to the HSQE Manager, you’ll be responsible for conducting audits on quarry sites, and occasionally Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) sites.
This role is part-time, with the option to work 2 or 3 days per week on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
· Conducting H&S audits on quarry sites, and occasionally IBA sites.
· Conduct audits on their H&S Management system, seeking improvement where required.
· Reviewing H&S documentation.
· Ensuring audits are fully documented & conducting audit document reviews as required.
· KPIs for reporting accidents, incidents & near misses.
Requirements:
· NEBOSH qualified or a similar H&S qualification to the same level.
· Experience conducting H&S audits both on-site & for H&S Management Systems.
· At least 2 years’ experience in a H&S role in a similar industry.

Package:
· Salary: £18,000 for a 2 day week or £27,000 for a 3 day week
