Are you a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer looking for a role focused on high-value, non-volume transactions with high-net-worth clients?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm in Nottingham, working closely with wealth estate owners and delivering bespoke, client-focused legal services.
The Role
As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you’ll be a key part of the Private Client Residential team, handling complex, high-value transactions, including:
- Acquisitions & Sales
- Auctions & Land/Property Transfers
- Re-mortgages
- Private Client & Corporate Property Support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in high-net-worth, non-volume property transactions
- Strong client service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Background in a Private Client Residential Property team
