National Account Manager Buying Groups – Leading Bathroom & Interiors Brands

Join a market-leading business within the UK’s interiors and bathroom sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused National Account Manager to take ownership of major retail partnerships and drive growth across a multi-brand portfolio that includes both premium consumer brands and OEM solutions.

You’ll play a central role in delivering sales strategy, managing key national accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national and major retail accounts, delivering profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to commercial objectives and brand strategy.
  • Managing a small client base that generates circa £23m pa
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key customer stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with internal teams across field sales, contract sales, and marketing to activate key initiatives.
  • Use your influencing skills to get buy-in and deliver from a regional level via the ASM & RSM.
  • Drive commercial negotiations, promotions, and display planning to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity and market developments, sharing insights internally to shape strategy.

What You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrable experience managing national or major retail accounts, ideally within the interiors, bathroom, or KBB sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Commercially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-led decision-making.
  • Confident communicator, both internally and externally, with solid presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed nationally.

Highly competitive package basic salary up to £70k + EV + Bonus – OTE 85K and a fantastic pension contribution.
