What you’ll be doing:
- Design, build, and test systems, sub-systems, and lab fixtures to meet evolving project requirements
- Lead experiments to optimise performance and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Analyse, interpret, and present experimental results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Skilled in CAD and CAE tools such as SolidWorks and COMSOL
- Familiarity with microfluidics, pneumatics, and thermal control systems
- Strong hands-on prototyping skills – e.g., CNC machining, 3D printing, plastics bonding
- Ability to make sound engineering decisions and communicate findings effectively
Bonus if you have:
- Experience designing sealed fluidic plastic parts
- Exposure to regulated environments (ISO 13485 preferred)
- Programming experience or scripting knowledge for lab automation
