About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated International Service Engineer to join our growing team. Based in the UK, this is a hybrid role involving both UK-based service work and international travel, typically for up to one week at a time. As the team expands, this role offers the opportunity to step into a Service Management position, overseeing a wider team of engineers and shaping the service function globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of gas analysis and Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS)
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics on-site and remotely
- Conduct international service trips, typically up to one week in duration
- Support customers across a variety of industries with technical expertise and hands-on support
- Maintain high standards of documentation and service reporting
- Work collaboratively with other departments to improve service delivery
- Contribute to the development of service processes and procedures as the team scales
- Progress into a leadership role as the service division grows
Requirements
- Based in the UK and fully eligible to work (UK visa required)
- Proven experience in Continuous Emission Monitoring and gas analysis systems
- Hands-on knowledge of FTIR analysers is highly desirable
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable with regular international travel (typically 1 week at a time)
- Full UK driving license
