We have partnered with a global giant in Re/Insurance to find them an Underwriting Performance Lead. This is a great opportunity to work in a team that reports into the group CUO, offering multiple underwriting divisions deep dive analysis and profit driving strategic input. The role includes:

• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to create strategic business plans.
• Measuring actuals vs expectations for key assumptions that drive GWP and loss ratio performance.
• Supporting business units to deliver against plans.
• Finding cross business unit opportunities and threats.
