Performance Coach

Our client is a market-leading global trading firm company seeking a Performance Coach to support their elite team of traders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions to traders, with a focus on performance optimisation, mindset, and stress management
• Implement strategies for mental resilience, emotional regulation, and coping under pressure
• Collaborate with leadership and desk heads to monitor trader wellbeing and identify performance bottlenecks
• Respond to high-stakes challenges with calm, effective support
• Lead training on focus, decision-making, and adaptability in high-pressure market conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a performance coach, ideally within trading, finance, elite sport or similar high-performance environments
• Deep understanding of high-performance psychology, resilience training, and stress management
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced setting
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Able to build trust with high achievers under pressure
