An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded law firm based in Weybridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their property experience within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will be assisting the team with a broad range of matters including:

• Supporting fee earners with acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord & tenant matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, title documents, and other legal correspondence
• Carrying out property searches and assisting with due diligence
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry and SDLT applications
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly
• Providing general administrative and file management support

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in commercial property or real estate law
• Confident working on a caseload under supervision with a proactive and organised approach
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who is eager to learn and develop a long-term career in commercial property
