Serious Injury Solicitor

Job Title: Serious Injury Solicitor Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

1. Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims, typically RTA, valued between £25,000 and £100,000
2. Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion
3. Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients.

Application Criteria:

1. Due to the nature of the work, you will need to have gained experience working within a personal injury legal environment.
2. Ideally you will have exposure to multi-track personal injury or medical negligence claims, however high-end fast-track, intermediate track or similar backgrounds will be considered.
