Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely and satisfactory completion
- Escalate support issues to third party providers
- Complete regular system testing and fault logging
- Ensure the highest levels of client service are maintained
- Monitor system and network performance
- Make recommendations for system enhancements where necessary
- Help maintain network documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong core networking and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 11)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud application portals (Office 365, Sharepoint)
- Good working knowledge of Windows Server (including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Dell Sonicwall firewalls and switch infrastructure
Please note: This role is 5 days per week in the office on Fleet Street, central London.
