Senior Commissioning / Project Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s leading Building Services (mechanical and electrical) Commissioning Management Consultancies. They work on major construction projects across a range of sectors, both in the UK and on The Continent.

They would like to recruit a Senior Building Services Commissioning Manager to lead projects in the London area.

Role:

1. You will be responsible for commissioning all building services packages on a variety of projects.
2. You will liaise with the client and principal contractor to ensure that they are happy with progress.
3. You will oversee all building services sub-contractors to ensure best practice and adherence to programme.
4. You may have a team of up to 5 Commissioning Engineers / Managers on larger projects.
5. You will ensure the commissioning programme is updated.

Person:

1. You will hold a recognized industry qualification (min HNC/HND) and be mechanically, electrically or BMS biased.
2. You will have worked on major construction projects as a Commissioning Manager.
3. You will have worked for a Commissioning Consultancy or Principal Contractor.
4. You will have excellent technical knowledge.
5. You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
