As a Catering Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world class service, all the while being a positive influence on each customers day. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring all aspects of the business are managed and delivered effectively within set budgetary guidelines. You will take a proactive approach to customer engagement, regularly adapting the catering offer to suit customer needs, while identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and enhance the overall dining experience.A key part of your responsibilities will include the development and leadership of a highly motivated team. You will provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer service and meets all contractual requirements.The Role
- Supervise a small team of catering colleagues within a small restaurant space and coffee cart
- Support other locations on request within the contract
- Manage catering team rotas, agency inductions
- Make specialty drinks and serving food
- Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition
- Take ownership of your workplace and constantly seek to improve the service
- Handle all paperwork, due diligence and use the till system
- Ensure the highest standard and quality of all food & drink
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
