Assistant General Manager – Tottenham Hale, London

We are looking for a strong candidate, looking to further their career by aiding with the management of sales and operations of the gym, reporting directly to the General manager. You would be charged with stream lining process’s of all aspects of the club, with direct assistance from the General manager as and when needed.
We are seeking someone who has:
- Experience in gym sales and operations
- A track record of working to KPIs
- An interest in implementing and optimizing processes to ensure the business is running efficiently
- A friendly and sociable personality
- An awareness of the importance of good advance planning
- The ability to schedule, manage and delegate tasks to other members of the team
- Experience of CRM tools for prospect and member tracking Strong verbal and non verbal
- English skills
