Due to continued increased business growth we are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to support and oversee our Engineers and Contractors covering The Midlands and The North. We are committed to delivering uncompromising service to our clients through tailored Service Level Agreements and collaborating with resident teams and as the Engineering Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and deployment of our highly skilled engineers. We are looking for someone with a strong automation background that can offer both hands on and remote technical support to the team. Key Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor
- Supervise and support the team of engineers
- Coordinate and manage daily work flow and resource allocation
- Monitor and maintain safety regulations, compliance and engineering standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- RAM’s
Skills and Qualifications for an Engineering Supervisor
- NVQ Level 3 or Apprentice Trained Electrical / Multi Skilled Engineer
- Experience working in Automated environment a must
- Strong Technical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with coordinating Projects would be an advantage but not essential.
- Managing large teams
- Strong communication skills
- Audits and report writing
Salary and Benefits of an Engineering Supervisor
- Salary £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience.
