About the Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Assist teachers in the classroom, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Provide individual and group support to students with a wide range of needs.* Help students with their learning and develop their confidence and independence.* Contribute to a culture of respect and understanding. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for working with young people.

- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Requirements:
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above.
- A good standard of education across a range of subjects.
- Excellent numeracy/literacy skills – equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths.
- Working knowledge of the national curriculum and other relevant learning programmes.
- Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation.
