Role Overview

Liberty is looking for a dynamic Brand Partnerships Manager who can confidently blend creative storytelling with commercial drive—developing standout campaigns that grow our brand partners and deliver real business results.

Sitting within the Marketing team, this is a high-impact, target-driven role with direct accountability for a significant revenue stream. You’ll be responsible for selling and activating Liberty’s most valuable marketing real estate—from our iconic windows and central atrium to immersive pop-ups and all digital platforms.

Working with a curated portfolio of luxury brands stocked at Liberty, you’ll build strategic, co-branded campaigns that enhance visibility, deepen customer engagement, and ultimately drive sales. This role is perfect for someone who’s as passionate about brand building as they are about hitting numbers—and who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively rich retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver a revenue target through the sale of Liberty’s high-impact marketing real estate, including store windows, the central atrium, in-store pop-ups, and all digital channels (email, website, social, editorial, etc.).
  • Identify, pitch, and secure marketing investment from Liberty’s existing brand partners, designing campaign opportunities that meet both their brand goals and Liberty’s strategic priorities.
  • Build a long-term commercial strategy that delivers measurable ROI and sustainable revenue growth.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Lead the planning and execution of fully integrated brand campaigns—co-developed with partners and aligned to key moments in Liberty’s marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Visual Merchandising, PR, Digital and E-commerce teams to deliver compelling, consistent campaigns across all physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure that all activations are designed to drive visibility and sales uplift for the partner brand within Liberty, with clear post-campaign reporting and analysis.

Marketing Real Estate Ownership

  • Manage the planning, packaging, and commercialisation of Liberty’s most sought-after marketing real estate:
  • Iconic window displays
  • Central atrium takeovers
  • In-store pop-up experiences
  • All digital channel activity including homepage, newsletters, social and online editorial
  • Maintain a calendar of available opportunities and ensure optimal commercial use of space, aligning brand activations to Liberty’s key trading moments.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as a senior point of contact for brand partners, delivering consultative relationship management and repeat investment.
  • Support brand growth within Liberty through insight-led, collaborative campaign planning and performance reviews.
  • Represent Liberty externally as a trusted, creative marketing partner to premium and luxury brands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Buying, Retail, and Marketing teams to align partnership activity with key brand, category and trading priorities.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure partner campaigns complement Liberty’s brand messaging and enhance customer experience.
  • Support the development of junior members of the partnerships team and champion a commercial culture across Marketing.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, or commercial marketing—ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
  • Proven ability to sell premium marketing opportunities, manage senior relationships, and deliver against revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of how to activate brand storytelling across both physical and digital channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation ability, and confidence working with contracts and budgets.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
  • Passion for luxury retail, cultural trends, and customer experience.
