Early Help Manager
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for an Early Help Manager in Tower Hamlets.
The Early Help Manager will ensure that families continue to receive high-quality support, safeguarding remains robust, and strategic leadership within the service is maintained.
Pay rate – £29.07 PAYE / £40.10 Umbrella per hour
Main Responsibilities
As an Early Help Manager you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership to the MAST Early Help Team.
- Overseeing casework, managing risk, and ensuring effective allocation of cases.
- Coordinating with MAST partners to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
- Leading on performance management, ensuring targets and service outcomes are met.
- Supervising and developing staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring trends in family support needs and ensuring high-quality record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS
- Relevant qualification at Level 4 in education, social care, childcare, health services OR relevant professional child or family focused qualification.
- A demonstrable expert understanding and knowledge of the national and local context for and operations of Children’s Services, with a particular focus on Early Help.
