About the Role:We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organised Office Life and Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff members, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional office environment and develop their administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as required
- Receive and distribute post and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Support with planning and coordination of internal and external events
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and requests as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
- Graphic design skills or experience is a plus, but not essential
