Sales Operations Executive – London (WFH 2x a week) – £25-35k DOE
Pod Talent is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing furniture business, who are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their innovative and sustainable team in London. This business is undergoing growth opportunities and continuing to expand internationally and via different channels, so this is a fantastic time to join the team! In this role, you will be:
- Processing customer orders, supporting the sales team, and being the first point of contact for any customer operations queries.
- Communicating cross-functionally with EU manufacturers and logistics partners.
- Evaluating incoming orders and ensuring they are accurately scheduled from production to delivery.
- Proactively analyzing the data to problem-solve and improve processes.
In order to be successful, we would love to see:
- Prior experience in a similar logistics/operations role.
- A strong desire to grow, develop, and learn new skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proven experience in problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
- Great organizational skills.
- Good Excel skills (v-lookups/pivot tables) and experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
