HR Officer Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures
- Administer the employee induction process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires
- Handle the full recruitment process from advertising roles to conducting interviews and issuing offer letters
- Ensure the business complies with all HR-related regulations and best practices
- Provide HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees
- Maintain accurate HR records and support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with any ad hoc HR duties as required
HR Officer Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
- Experience managing recruitment processes and onboarding
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable to a variety of tasks
- Dynamic and proactive HR professional who thrives in a small team environment
- Comfortable working in an office-based role
