The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR processes, overseeing compliance, and ensuring that policies and procedures are upheld. HR Officer Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures
  2. Administer the employee induction process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires
  3. Handle the full recruitment process from advertising roles to conducting interviews and issuing offer letters
  4. Ensure the business complies with all HR-related regulations and best practices
  5. Provide HR advice and guidance to both managers and employees
  6. Maintain accurate HR records and support day-to-day administrative tasks
  7. Assist with any ad hoc HR duties as required

HR Officer Skills and Experience:

  1. 5+ years of HR experience
  2. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  3. Experience managing recruitment processes and onboarding
  4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail
  7. Organised, proactive, and adaptable to a variety of tasks
  8. Dynamic and proactive HR professional who thrives in a small team environment
  9. Comfortable working in an office-based role
  10. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
