Site Manager

Albion Search are currently partnered with a regional house builder to appoint a number of Site Managers across the West Yorkshire region. These developments are all within 30 minutes travel either side of Wakefield, are early in the build programme with the client having a strong land bank for future sites too.

The ideal candidate will have worked heavily with the NHBC/LABC and would have won quality awards, or will have strong proven experience in managing high paced residential housing developments.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage H&S
2. Manage trades & sub-contractors
3. Ensure the build programme is running to plan
4. Ensuring plots are ready for CML and customer completions
5. Inductions
6. Ordering materials
7. Sequencing
8. NHBC liaison
9. Contracts Manager / Director updates
10. Liaison with Sales team
11. Chairing sub-contractor meetings

You must have SMSTS, First Aid and a valid and in date CSCS card, along with relevant experience in volume house building.
