London – 4 days on-site – Contract – 6 Months
Our global media client is looking for a CRM Coordinator to join the team in London on a 6 Month contract. You will play a crucial role in planning, managing and optimising communication to customers (email, in-app, push) to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, PR, and copywriters, to create engaging campaigns and ensure seamless integration and execution of CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the customer engagement team in the day-to-day delivery across key engagement channels, specifically UI, in-app and email / push notifications.
- Brief the creative team and manage the creative and copy for customer comms channels (in app, email, push).
- Own and facilitate the delivery process for regional and local campaigns ensuring assets are delivered to strict deadlines and required specs.
- Plan and maintain a calendar of key moments that impact customer engagement (content releases, seasonal activity, new feature roll out).
- Build relationships with local market teams and be a go-to for customer engagement related queries.
- Maintain a customer engagement source of truth database that contains core information such as overview of our channels, specs, legal restrictions, automation rules.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions that complement & support product engagement priorities.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes or approaches to support efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
