Job Title: Private Client – Probate Partner Location: Chester City Centre Remuneration: £60,000+ per annum (DOE) Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:Join our client’s thriving team as a “Private Client – Probate Partner”, where you’ll play a vital role in handling a full spectrum of private client work, including:
- Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administrations, and Trusts
- Ensuring precise and reliable conduct of matters in line with Lexcel and SRA standards
- Generating fee income and managing time recording, billing, and cash collection
- Engaging in business development to grow your practice and the firm’s presence
- Supporting and supervising colleagues, ensuring a collaborative environment
- Participating in marketing initiatives and fostering client relationships
- Managing documentation and correspondence through our case management system
- Nurturing a robust network of contacts and continuously seeking new client opportunities
