The role of the Area Sales Manager
Liquid Applied Waterproofing Systems will involve:Field sales position selling a range of liquid applied waterproofing systems for application such as roofs, walkways, balconies, terraces, car parks, roads and infrastructure50% of your time gaining specifications with predominantly building surveyors, local authorities, consultants, architects, health authorities and other major specifiersThe remaining 50% of your time will be spent getting quick wins / following projects through to completion with specialist quality waterproofing contractors & roofing sub-contractors and installersInheriting a territory currently turning over £1.8mFocusing on both refurbishment and new build projectsTypical projects include cark parks, roads, hotels, healthcare, education, stadiums, facilities, retailThe ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager
