Key aspects of the role………..

• Manage a diverse caseload across a variety of development projects
• Draft and negotiate contracts for acquisitions, developments and disposals
• Conduct and oversee due diligence and reporting
• Participate in business development and client management
• Mentor and support junior team members

What experience do you need…….

• 5+ years PQE with expertise in real estate specifically focussed on residential development
• Ability to handle a varied caseload
• Experience in supervision and developing junior solicitors
• Strong technical skills with a commercial and client-focused approach
