Why a Consulting Managed Services Apprenticeship at KPMG?Consulting Managed Services Apprenticeship is a two-year programme working with clients who are looking to temporarily outsource parts of their business. The work we do often needs to be mobilised quickly and can vary in size and scope – you could be part of a team of 10 to 650 colleagues working on a project at any one time, whilst based at our office in Leeds.In Managed Services, we work to deliver a quality service to our clients and provide them with a specialist support function and ultimately ensure their success. The work you will do is important and will add real value to the businesses we work with – whilst providing you with a wide range of experience and learning opportunities. It is both exciting and challenging work.You could be involved in anything from analysing data, supporting strategic planning, developing new recruitment processes, assessing the impact of transformational change to supporting the development of new products and propositions. The type of work our apprentices get involved in is varied, and you will spend time in a range of functions during three-to-six-month rotational placements.Quality is critical to the success of Managed Services. You’ll ideally need excellent communication skills, enjoy problem solving and be comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing. The role is demanding and will require resilience and enthusiasm; so, you’ll need to enjoy working to meet deadlines.All apprentices will work towards the Level Three Business Administration Apprenticeship – a recognised qualification that enables the development of core business skills and knowledge: including project management, business regulation and personal development.
