Front of House Manager Contract: Banking Location: London Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent This role is INTERNAL ONLY and at present we are not accepting external applications. The Front of House Manager will take full ownership of all Client Services operations within the contract, including Reception, Meeting Room Management, Hospitality (in-room catering), and will work closely with other workstreams to ensure a seamless, efficient, and world-class service experience.   • Lead and develop a world-class client suite experience through a high-performing, engaged team
  • Oversee daily operations across all service streams to ensure seamless, client-focused delivery
  • Use systems effectively for meeting room management and drive continuous improvement
  • Understand annual client requirements and align services and resources accordingly
  • Support client initiatives and office-wide events with planned resources
  • Develop and implement service standards using data and stakeholder input
  • Evaluate user satisfaction against KPIs to improve experience
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure integrated service support
  • Contribute to the client suite service strategy
  • Support day-to-day meetings and events logistics and coordination

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-profile client services
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Events
  • Minimum two years’ experience in front of house management
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and property/hotel management systems
  • Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus with a professional demeanour
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Confident in managing daily operations and service delivery
  • Experience supporting meetings and events logistics
