We are looking for a SEND Learning Assistant who will work with one of our wonderful children in Key Stage One who has learning needs as well as offer support to groups and the class teacher as and when necessary. We are looking for a SEND Assistant who:
- Is a strong team player and enjoys working with others
- Is flexible and adaptable and ready for no two days being the same
- Is caring and patient with a good sense of humour
- Has some understanding of the autistic spectrum and/or related learning needs
- Can use their initiative and is solution focused
- Has high expectations and a belief that all children can succeed
- Can communicate effectively with children and colleagues
- Is keen to learn and develop in their role
