Reporting directly to theSite and Facilities Manager; the successful applicant will be required to workindependently and as part of the wider Site Team to a very high standard,deputising for the Site & Facilities Manager, providing a generalmaintenance service which supports the upkeep and professional management ofour large premises. The Assistant Site& Facilities Manager will also be expected to support the delivery ofscheduled improvement works and health and safety initiatives.Previous experience of general maintenance, working with tools and/orworking at height in a commercial setting would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be expected tosupport the delivery of the Academy’s Strategic Plan and adhere to ourvalues. A level of accountability,autonomy and self-motivation is required for this role.
