A key focus of this role will be on managing and enhancing quality processes, including Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and External Quality Assurance (EQA), to uphold the highest teaching and learning standards. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum design, staff development, and performance monitoring, ensuring that learners receive exceptional support and clear progression routes into further education and employment.As we expand our provision, particularly for adult learners and 16-18 students, you will drive the development of new programmes that align with learner needs and industry requirements.
