Adult Support Worker

We are hiring adult support and care workers who are enthusiastic, motivated and care enough to make a difference within the adult social care sector. Fulbridge Social Care require staff teams for numerous shift patterns within care homes, supporting living and semi – secure settings.We offer full support, training and the opportunity to gain qualifications in this field.Please note that you would be required to complete an enhanced DBS with Fulbridge Social Care and successfully complete one of our induction assessments prior to any placements being offered.You will be working with individuals that have been placed into the care settings for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these individuals and make a positive impact on their lives.
