We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join a fantastic primary school in Enfield, working closely with young learners to provide tailored boosters, interventions, and SEN support.About the Role:As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to support pupils in their learning and development. Your role will involve:• Assisting with small-group interventions to support literacy and numeracy skills.• Working 1:1 with children who need additional support, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment.• Helping to prepare lesson materials and classroom resources.• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.About the School:This welcoming primary school in Enfield is committed to providing a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
