Learning Support Assistant – Havering – ASAP Passionate about supporting SEN children 1:1? Have experience working with students and want to bring your expertise to a great school? Benefits:

Requirements:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field from a top UK university, 2:1 or higher
• Experience working with children , ideally with SEN
• 1:1 experience with SEN children is preferable
• Confidence in managing SEN students 1:1 and in small groups

Role:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to students and revolutionise their learning experience
• Assist in handling EHCP processes and collaborate with teachers to implement effective strategies
• Work with a diverse range of SEN students, adapting support to meet individual needs
