HR and Recruitment Assistant

Based in Bourneville, Birmingham

14.74 per hour – PAYE

6 Month Contract

Full Time – Monday to Friday

Job Overview

Contechs are seeking a motivatedHR and Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by managing candidate relationships, utilising various recruitment tools, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Job specific requirements

  • Interview scheduling
  • External offer paperwork preparation and onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starter.
  • Providing compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork.
  • Data entry

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • A Level or equivalent qualification
