Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annual salary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations, property performance, and execution of business plans across a multi-state portfolio
• Lead and mentor a team of property managers, coordinators, and maintenance professionals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leasing, acquisitions, accounting, and asset management teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and investors
• Analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Develop and manage operating budgets and capital project oversight
• Maintain operational consistency and service excellence across all assets

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• High proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Office
• Capacity to oversee numerous properties while ensuring accuracy and quick response
• Engage directly with investors, stakeholders, and third-party clients
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-stakes commercial property management settings
• Professional certification such as CPM or CCIM preferred
