Snr Talent Agent – Digital & Influencer

One of my amazing clients is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Agent to join their fast-growing digital & influencer team.

In this role, you’ll join a team of experienced talent agents and managers to secure amazing opportunities for exciting digital talent. Working across brand partnerships, social media & digital campaigns, and a range of commercial opportunities like events, podcasts, and personal appearances.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of talent, contributing to a long-lasting career!
• Source and develop new talent
• Build long-term strategies to foster social media growth
• Develop and negotiate brand partnerships and influencer campaigns
• Leverage existing and new relationships with brands and agencies across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience managing talent
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to find and develop talent
• A solid network of brands and agencies
• A deep understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Happy to work in a fully office environment
