I’m currently partnering with a long-established and highly respected groundworks and builders’ works contractor based in Watford, who are actively seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team. This company has been successfully operating for nearly 50 years – helping their clients deliver true turnkey solutions. Due to sustained growth and an ongoing commitment to high safety standards, they are looking to bring a dedicated Health & Safety professional on board.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
2. Lead incident investigations.
3. Engage collaboratively with both office and site teams.

Requirements:

1. Strong background in groundworks or related construction environments.
2. NEBOSH General Certificate (essential); NEBOSH Construction Certificate (highly desirable).
3. IOSH Membership (required).
