Digital Marketing Executive (B2B SEO/Paid Search/CRO)
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience across digital channels. If you’ve got a knack for content strategy, a head for data, and love seeing the impact of your work, this could be your next move.
Location: Near to Blackburn, Lancashire – hybrid working with at least 3 to 4 days per week in the office (non-negotiable)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across web, social, and email
- Supporting and driving content strategy and editorial calendars
- Assisting with SEO and paid search (Google Ads / Meta / LinkedIn etc)
- Monitoring, reporting, and optimising performance using Google Analytics and relevant platforms
- Supporting on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and wider marketing teams
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a relevant digital marketing role
- A solid grasp of SEO principles and paid media channels
- Strong content planning and writing ability
- Confidence using tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and ideally some exposure to CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of CRO techniques and customer journey mapping (a plus)
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an agency or B2B environment
- Certifications in Google Ads / GA4
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, HubSpot or similar
