As a Data Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing digital analytics and cloud data collection solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure data is collected accurately, visualised effectively, and used to drive business insights.
Day-to-day, this looks like:
- Implementing and maintaining Adobe Analytics tracking using Adobe Launch/Data Collection.
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide clients with actionable insights.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensuring accurate and consistent data collection across digital platforms.
- Providing technical expertise on tagging strategies, tracking requirements and data layer implementations.
- Implementing and managing ETL processes for data transformation and integration.
- Working with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for data collection and processing.
- Automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy for clients.
- Working alongside data engineers and developers to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, data visualisation, and implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital data role, preferably within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
- Experience with additional analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Python.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics for tracking and analysing digital performance.
- Expertise in Adobe Launch/Data Collection and other tag management systems for implementing and managing tracking solutions.
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar dashboard tools for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Experience with ETL tools and data processing workflows.
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to manage expectations and deliver insights tailored to business objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, attribution modelling, and customer journey analysis is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This role is based in our London office (a short walk from Southwark and Waterloo stations). Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm.
