Estate Surveyor

I am looking to recruit a Registered Valuer with an Estates Surveying background to join a close client of mine based within the North West of England on a hybrid basis.

Location: North West England

Rate: DOE

Contract: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of the Asset Management Plan to ensure the effective and efficient management of the property portfolio.
• Support and assist the comprehensive review of land and property assets to meet strategic objectives and implement outcomes from the review.
• Collaborate with other services and partners to develop plans for improved property utilisation, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide professional valuation and property management services, including land and property acquisition and disposal, statutory valuations, CPO, and portfolio management.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Registered Valuer with strong valuations experience (E)
• RICS chartered surveyor (E)
• Well rounded estates surveying knowledge and experience (E)
